Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in Revenue Management to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Revenue Management department and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for doing demos and sales of the eZee Mint.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to bring in eZee Mint sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and revenue projections.
Key Competencies for this role:
- Sales Strategy & Execution - Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Revenue Management Expertise - Understanding of revenue optimization techniques and pricing strategies.
- Business Development - Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Market & Competitive Analysis - Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
