Full-Time Position

Are you a creative all-rounder with a passion for design and excellent customer service skills? Were looking for a motivated individual to join our team at 3@1 Moreleta Park, a fast-paced business and communications center offering printing, courier, and design services.

Your Role Will Include:

• Designing using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Silhouette Studio, and SAI Print Manager
• Creating and printing sublimation designs on various materials (mugs, t-shirts, puzzles, etc.)
• Making canvases and stretching/blocking them professionally
• Assisting walk-in customers with internet café services: printing, scanning, copying, emails, CV typing, and more
• Handling courier bookings (local & international)
• Capturing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operating and balancing the POS (Point of Sale) system
• Maintaining a neat, organized and friendly working environment
• Supporting general shop duties where needed

Were Looking for Someone Who:

• Has hands-on experience with graphic design and print production
• Understands the sublimation process and canvas mounting
• Is customer-focused, friendly, and patient
• Works well under pressure and can multitask
• Has basic computer literacy and is comfortable with typing, email, and online platforms
• Pays attention to detail and is reliable and responsible
• Has a good understanding of courier processes and platforms
• Bonus: Experience with social media marketing
