UniUpp is a UK-based student recruitment agency helping domestic students access fully government-funded university degrees — even if they have no prior qualifications or work experience.

We are looking for adriven and persuasive Sales Representativeto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of guiding prospective students through the recruitment journey — from first contact to enrolment.

You’ll focus onbuilding relationships, presenting programme benefits, handling objections, and closing enrolments, while also supporting application and funding processes to ensure a seamless student experience.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and highly organised.

• Conduct structured consultations with prospective students via phone and Zoom.
• Manage inbound enquiries and actively follow up with warm leads.
• Present programme benefits clearly and persuasively (government funding, career pathways).
• Overcome objections confidently and close enrolments.
• Assess student eligibility based on settlement status, age, education, work experience, and funding.
• Collect and verify supporting documents with accuracy.
• Track progress of student finance and university applications to ensure success.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage student communications.
• Collaborate with admissions and funding teams on escalations.
• Support training and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, Zoom).

• Based in South Africa.
• IELTS 8.0 or equivalent English qualification (proof required).
• Fluent English with a clearBritish accentsuitable for UK-based student engagement.
• 90-second video introduction showcasing your sales/advisory skills.
• Previous experience insales, customer service, or education recruitmentis highly desirable.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organisational skills.
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based role.
• Tech-ready: reliable high-speed internet and professional home workspace.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

• Base Salary:ZAR 20,000–30,000 per month
